Handling of email
We read all emails. We always reply as soon as we can. Emails received at nights or weekends will normally be read on the next business day.
Public record
Under Swedish law, virtually all messages sent to us enter the public record when we receive them. Among other things, this means that the general public and the media may request and be granted access to their content.
