The biosphere reserves' (BRs) work is based on collaboration, learning and a holistic view on people and nature. The BRs thorough experience of integrated work with sustainable development in practice in a Swedish context make them suitable as strategic areas to learn from, support and invest in when implementing the UN 2030 Agenda and the SDGs in Sweden. The report also propose pathways to strengthen and develop the MAB Programme in Sweden on a national level in order to further advance its role in implementing the 2030 Agenda in Sweden.
